They're heavier but they are considerably more aggressive. If i didn't switch to the outlaws i would recommend them over other mud tires. One of my riding buddies is running zillas, they seem to do pretty good. I recently purchased and installed a brand new set of 27 in mega mayhems on my 2012 outlander xt.

Other than that they had some wobble at low speeds but nothing you couldn't deal with to be able to play in the mud. 6 ply rated for added puncture resistance. Just picked up a set of mega mayhems and doing a comparison vs zilla tires. I also know that itp will warranty the tire if something stupid happens to.

There has never been a time that one of us made it thru a hole and the other didn't. Itp mega mayhem 27x11 on all 4 corners (1.5 lug) (34lbs) As far as mud performance goes, i would say they are equal. The main problem i had with them was if you get in a rut they do not have.
